Viper HD Blast Cabinet (Siphon)

The Viper HD is a freestanding side loading 100% welded cabinet with 8-inch diameter work ports for ease of operation. The VIPER HD uses a larger 16.2 cfm @ 80 psi gun assembly for faster part cleaning. If you need to, you can match this model to any air compressor that runs on 220-volt, single-phase electricity, just ensure that your air compressor has an operating volume of 16 cfm at 90-100 psi.

The Viper HD also includes the ½ HP blower motor and radial impeller assembly. This combination creates one air change every two seconds inside the cabinet for greater visibility. It also comes with its own separator reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and prevents usable abrasive escape to the dust collector.

The Viper HD is a larger version of the Space Saver HD it comes with the outside light housing and two side access doors.

The difference is in the design ... Purchase any Light Duty HD model blast cabinet and Media Blast will install the 1/2 HP 350-cfm blower, an abrasive separator reclaimer and a tubular style dust collector. A blast cabinet with the maximum inside cabinet air changes per minute, blower cfm divided by cabinet area in cubic feet area, is best for visibility and the higher the number the better the visibility!
